A Fulton County judge is ordering Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Browns husband/brother/boyfriend to pay the family of Bobbi Kris millions of dollars in damages. The judge awarded her family more than $36 million dollars Thursday in a wrongful death lawsuit. The suit accused Nick Gordon of battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and transferring money from her account without permission. Brown’s longtime partner was deemed “legally responsible” for her death after he failed to appear in court in September. The daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston died in August last year, months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub.
