It's growing and I'm woofing! The most irritating question I received when I was bald was, "Why did you cut your hair?" That's like asking someone why did they allow their hair to grow or why they painted their nails blue. What if I had alopecia? What if I was balding? Would I be any less beautiful? Would I be any less beautiful if I was bald because my hair couldn't grow? A woman's hair is neither her crown nor her glory. It's just a protein filament that grows from her follicles. Whether it's straight, loosely curled or kinky as a muthafuka… Whether she flat irons it, braids it or fades it… Whether it hangs down her back, dusts her shoulders or doesn't grow at all…HAIR DOES NOT MAKE THE WOMAN OR DEFINE HER BEAUTY. Ladies, be your bold and beautiful selves. ❤ #missingmyscalp
