Legendary Kennedy Opera House Could See Name Change to Honor 1st lady
THE BUZZ! This administration has made a lot of changes since taking office. And yone more could be coming soon. That’s because Republicans are now pushing to change the name of the legendary Kennedy Centers’ Opera House. So change it to what Ryan you might be asking? Well how about our current First Lady. Yup! They’re calling for it to be officially named the “First Lady Melania Trump Opera House.
It’s a way to honor Melania’s role and support for the arts. And she is the honorary chair of the Kennedy Center board.
Now the deal is done one yet. The amendment already passed in committee. Now we will see if it will make its way through Congress to become official.
Trump is already known for putting the Trump name on buildings. I can see this happening.
I mean I feel like they could just skip all the hassle and just give her like a year of free tickets to the Opera House and keep it pushing.
