Magic Mess:
A 42 year old woman dating a 35 year old man has noticed that at family events that he his very interested in talking and hanging with her 25 year old daughter. She feels some way about it, but doesn’t want to come off as paranoid or jealous?
My Advice:
Sister, mother’s intuition will always let you know when a man up to no good is interested in your daughter … even when it is your man! You need to bring this to him and make it clear that his interest in your daughter is unwelcomed and inappropriate. Then give him a few weeks to get his act together. He may have been unaware that just trying to get to know your daughter was making you uncomfortable and he will roll it back for your comfort. If not and unapologetic, move on!
