The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) released a survey that revealed Chick-fil-A as the top fast-food restaurant in America and Cracker Barrel as the full-service eatery.
Chick-fil-A received a score of 87 on a scale of 0-100 to lead all fast-food joints for the second straight year.
Papa John’s (82) took over the second spot from Chipotle (78), which saw the biggest decrease from last year’s rankings due to its recent food-borne illnesses .
Little Ceasars (81) enjoyed the biggest boost with a 9-point jump to tie with Panera Bread in third place.
In the full-service category, Cracker Barrel (83) LongHorn Steakhouse (82) also tied for second place.
The report was based on 4,786 customer surveys conducted in March.
