Ceaser, one of the stars of VH-1 reality show “Black Ink” was arrested during the taping of the show. Police interrupted him, in the middle of tatting a client, and hauled him off to jail for failure to pay child support. According to reports, Ceaser owes $20,000. Watch the arrest here.
