Following the renaming of its College Of Fine Arts center after late 'Black Panther' actor Chadwick Boseman, Howard University went further in honoring the school's late alumnus by establishing a multimillion-dollar scholarship in his name with help from streaming giant Netflix.

Black History Month is off to a great start. Several award nominations were announced for 2021, and Chadwick Boseman made history. He is the first actor to be nominated for four film nominations for the SAG Awards in one year. 

Audiences will see Chadwick Boseman's final film performance this week when 'Ma Rainey's Black Bottom' premieres on Netflix December 18th. They will not be disappointed.

On Wednesday (Sept 30), the streaming powerhouse took to social media to share the images along with the release date to the film, which is produced by legendary actor Denzel Washington and directed by George C. Wolfe, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom stars Viola Davis and the late Chadwick Boseman in his final film performance.
